Jacqueline Kishbaugh, M.Ed., M.A., BCBA/LBS
Clinical Director, Co-Founder, & Owner
Jacque is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 18 years of experience working with special needs children and their families as both a therapist and educator. She is passionate about providing well rounded therapeutic services under the umbrella of Applied Behavior Analysis. Along with her partner Brandon, she recognized a need for a comprehensive therapeutic approach for services in the Northeastern Pennsylvania region and with that Keystone Behavior Services was born. Jacque is committed to providing quality services to children and to supporting and educating families. She feels privileged to work in the field of ABA, and brings purpose and passion into making a difference in the quality of life for the children and families she works with.

Brandon Zlotek, M.Ed.
Administrative Director, Co-Founder, & Owner Brandon Zlotek received his undergraduate degree in History Education from King’s College in Wilkes Barre, PA. For him, ABA was more of a calling than a career. Upon working as a transportation specialist for children with autism, and through experience in teaching, Brandon knew that helping those with special needs was what he was meant to do. He went back to Bloomsburg University to get his Master's degree in special education, focusing on children with autism. Throughout his career, he has worked with children and adults with special needs in homes, schools, centers, and clinics. When he is not working, he enjoys coaching cross country and track and spending time with family and friends (preferably at the beach). |
Melanie Palma, M.Ed., BCBA/LBS
Director of Pike County Division Melanie has over 20 years experience working with adults and children with developmental disabilities. She earned a dual BA from Keystone College in Early Childhood and Special Education and a MA from Ball State University, in Applied Behavior Analysis with a concentration on Autism. Melanie has worked in home, educational, clinical, and community settings. In her free time she enjoys camping with family and friends. |
ABA Team
Dimitra Livanos Carey, M.S., BCBA/LBS
Dimitra is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Behavior Consultant, and she has been in the behavioral health field for nearly 20 years. For the past 7 years, Dimitra has focused on the science of Applied Behavior Analysis. She obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Marywood University in 2002. She then pursued her Master of Science Degree in School Psychology from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2008. She completed coursework for the BCBA in 2020 and obtained her BCBA in 2021. Dimitra has held multiple professions in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and currently provides ABA services to families in both Luzerne and Pike counties. When Dimitra is not working, she is spending time with her 3 children, her French Bulldog, Elsa and her cat, Cora. She is also tending to her Greek food business, Dimitra’s Greek Dishes, where she cooks homemade authentic Greek food! |
Corinne Boyd, M.Ed., BC-ABA
Social Skills Coordinator Corinne received her Master’s degree in Special Education in 2007 from Bloomsburg University and has a Bachelor in Business Administration from Wilkes University. She has been an Autistic Support Teacher for over 13 years in Verbal Behavior and Applied Behavior Analysis Classrooms. She is dedicated and enthusiastic in meeting the needs of her clients and working as part of a team with families to ensure their children are receiving a well-versed, balanced program that has purpose as an individual. Corinne is also continuing her education at the University of Scranton where she is working on an advanced graduate certification to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. |

Lauren Kamor, M.Ed., Training Coordinator, Registered Behavior Technician
Lauren graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania majoring in Psychology in May of 2019. Lauren received her RBT certification in July 2020. Lauren received her Master's of Education degree from California University of Pennsylvania studying Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism in May of 2022. She has 3 formal years of experience and extensive training in ABA, but has life long experience with individuals diagnosed with ASD and other disabilities. Her future goal is to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. In her down time, some things she likes to do include: reading, dancing, and being with her family and friends.

Gabrielle Griffin, Behavior Technician
Gabby received her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education and Special Education from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania in May of 2020. Over the last 4 years, Gabby has worked with children in home, educational, clinical, and community settings. In the near future, she plans to earn her Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as watching sports. |
Kara Schwartz, Behavior Technician
Kara recently completed her registered behavior technician (RBT) coursework and training in Verbal Behavior. She previously worked with children in the home setting and is enthusiastic about starting in the field of ABA. Kara enjoys spending time with her friends and family as well as hiking. |

Hannah Boyd, Behavior Technician
Hannah is a graduate of Dallas High School who is interested in the field of ABA and Verbal Behavior. She recently completed the registered behavior technician (RBT) coursework. She is energetic, enthusiastic, a team player, and loves children. She has 6 years of experience in child care and is passionate about helping children reach their fullest potential. In her free time Hannah enjoys time with family and friends and snowboarding.

Emma Muren, Behavior Technician
Emma recently completed her registered behavior technician (RBT) coursework and is looking to further her education in behavior and therapy. She has worked with children of all ages and enjoyed caregiving for adults with brain injuries. She enjoys spending her free time with her friends, makes music and art, and loves a quiet night in with her pets. |
Kayla Reilly, Lead Behavior Technician
Kayla recently completed her registered behavior technician (RBT) coursework and is planning to further her education in the field of special education. Kayla currently holds a Bachelor of Science from East Stroudsburg University in Biology. The decision to change fields completely from biology to special needs education feels like a calling for her due to her passion for helping others. In her spare time Kayla enjoys horseback riding, hiking, and spending time with her family. |
Danielle Reilly, Behavior Technician
Danielle completed her RBT coursework in February of 2020 from The Florida Institute of Technology, and graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University in December of 2020. She worked in residential mental health services before deciding to work in the ABA field in November of 2019. This decision to change fields of work ended up being the calling Danielle needed in order to solidify what she wanted to do with her future career. She is currently a student at Ball State University in the Masters program for Applied Behavior Analysis, and her goal is to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. |
Cassandra Swingle, Behavior Technician
Cassie received her Bachelor of Science degree in Rehabilitation and Human Services at Penn State Wilkes-Barre in May of 2022. She a new member of the Keystone Behavior Services team, but has dreamed of working with children since she began high school. Cassie previously worked with children in a daycare setting, and from then she knew that’s what she was made to do. In her free time, Cassie loves exploring and being outside. She also love to read and color! In her future, she plans to get a graduate degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis or a similar degree. |

Kasey Lewis, Lead Behavior Technician
Kasey graduated from Dallas High School in 2012 and attended LCCC and studied Music. Before coming to KBS, she worked at Bayada Pediatrics for 2 1/2 years with kids who have autism. She plans on taking the RBT exam and in the near future and hopefully going back to school to study and learn more about ABA. In her free time she enjoys listening to and playing music, going for walks and hikes with her dog, and adventuring with her husband. Working with kids has always been something that Kasey is passionate about. She loves getting to connect with them and knowing that she's making a difference in their lives.

Some of her favorite free-time activities include cooking, painting, writing, meditating and playing video-games!

Julia Evans, Behavior Technician
Julia is a graduate of Dallas High School and Luzerne County Community College. She graduated with her associates in psychology in 2020. She is interested in the field of ABA, and plans to continue her education in psychology in the near future. She enjoys working with children, and has experience in the educational and community settings. In her spare time, she loves to travel the world, paint, read and write poetry, and be outdoors hiking with her golden retriever, Winnie.

Katie recently completed the registered behavior technician coursework and is looking to further her career in ABA therapy and behavior. Katie is currently taking classes at LCCC with plans of transferring to an institution and graduating with a B.S in Psychology. She has been working with children of all ages for the past 6 years. In her free time, Katie loves going to the gym, camping with family and friends, along with skiing during the Winter.

Katie is an RBT who began working at KBS in November 2021. Katie received her RBT certification in September 2021. She earned her undergraduate degree in Special Education from Penn State University and her master's degree in Reading Education from Bloomsburg University. Katie was a teacher for 12 years before working in the field of ABA. She enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.

Madison Michak, Registered Behavior Technician
Madison graduated from Wyoming Valley West high school in 2017. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Rehabilitation and Human Services from Penn State University in May of 2022. She will begin classes at Misericordia University in the fall to work towards her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. Madison received her RBT certification in May 2022. She has always wanted to work with kids and is excited to see what the future holds in terms of her education and as a behavioral health technician at KBS. In her free time she enjoys crafting, going on hikes, and traveling with friends.

Kathy graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies with concentrations in Behavioral sciences, Education, Human Services, and education from the University of Scranton. She has 20 years of experience working with children with Autism. Eventually, Kathy would like to further her career to become a BCBA. She enjoys hanging out with friends.
