Jeffery Gouse,
Behavior Technician
Jeff received his degree in Secondary Education from Kutztown University in 2003 and has worked in children's behavioral health for the past 19 years. Initially meant as a temporary job, working one-on-one with special needs children has become a full-fledged career for him. When asked once by a colleague why he was so committed to this field, Jeff's answer came quickly: because these children "compel me to be a better, more compassionate person and they've taught me just as much as I've taught them about life". In his free time, Jeff enjoys listening to orchestral movie scores, amateur photography, taking road trips into New England (sometimes there and back in the same day!), and watching movies---especially 1980s science fiction.
