RBT/Behavior Technician
We are currently accepting applications for registered behavior technicians in Luzerne, Lackawanna, Wayne, and Pike Counties
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will provide home and community based ABA services to Keystone Behavior Services’ clients. This includes the implementation of a treatment plan developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) addressing communication, behavior, feeding, ADLs and social skills. You will also monitor the progress of a treatment plan and work closely with the BCBA to update the treatment plan as necessary. Responsibilities will include:
- Providing 1:1 ABA therapy in home, center, and community based environments
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs
- Collecting data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan.
- Providing regular written and verbal progress updates on treatment goals.
- Supporting the BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Participating in team meetings and training workshops.
- Ensuring that the client is in a safe and positive environment at all times.
- Following the policies and procedures of Keystone Behavior Services.
To be considered for this position you must have one of the following: - Have a certification as an RBT
or
- Have a high school diploma or the equivalent of a high school diploma and are willing to complete a 40-hour training
covering the RBT Task List
or
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in providing ABA services and a minimum of 40 hours of training
related to ABA

Speech, OT, and PT Therapists
We currently have part time positions available in each of these therapeutic areas in Luzerne, Lackawanna, Wayne, and Pike Counties. These positions are at a per diem rate with the intention of building into a full time salaried position.
